SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All of our orders are processed and shipped out of our location in The Kawarthas, Ontario usually within 3 business days, although some orders may take longer for delivery during the holidays, so please plan accordingly. We will do our very best to get all orders shipped on time.
Orders over $75 before tax will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within Canada.
Orders under $75 shipped within Canada, will be calculated at check out and shipped out via Canada Post Service.
Orders will arrive anywhere between 5 to 10 business days after it was placed and depending on where delivery is in Canada.
Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase, as Life of Green is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURN POLICIES
Life of Green ensures that all products that have been sent out, have been carefully checked over and are in perfect condition prior to shipping. However, please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase. We offer an exchange on products or a store credit for faulty items.
Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was received, we may not be able to offer you an exchange or store credit.
All cosmetics are final sale.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If products are damaged or defective, please send us an email telling us the nature of the defect and include a picture. We may replace or issue a store credit at our discretion. We may need you to return the defected item at your own expense.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale. Only regular priced, items may be exchanged or issued with a store credit.
